HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3 lg. bell peppers
12 sm. hot green peppers
1/3 c. water
3 c. vinegar
5 lb. plus 1 scoop sugar
2 bottles Certo
Green food coloring

Pulverize peppers together. Add sugar and vinegar. Boil hard for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 bottles of Certo and green food coloring. Yields 7 pints.
