JELLIED BEET SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
Mix together and add rest of ingredients
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
Dash of salt
1 can drained shredded beets
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. grated onion

Pour in glass bowl and refrigerate till firm.
