PIZZA CRUST | |
1 tbsp. yeast 1 c. lukewarm water 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt 2 3/4 c. flour Mix water and yeast. Let stand 5 minutes. Add oil and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic, 10 minutes. Rise 1 1/2 hours. If you use instant yeast, no rising time is needed but you must use warmer water. Top with favorite sauce and toppings. |
