DEVIL CRAB PATTIES | |
1 lb. crabmeat 4 eggs, boiled and chopped 4 celery sticks 1 lg. green pepper 2 lg. onions 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. milk Dash of Worcestershire sauce 6 crackers, crushed Mix crabmeat, eggs, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, and onion. Melt butter in hot milk (do not boil); add dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Add to meat mixture, then add crushed crackers (enough to form patties). Then roll in cracker dust. Dip in beaten eggs and again in cracker dust. |
