CRAB PATTIES 
1 box crabmeat
1/2 c. milk, cooked and thickened with cornstarch
2 hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise, to taste
Celery, to taste
Parsley, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cracker crumbs

Mix first 8 ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into patties and dredge with cracker crumbs. Fry until done.
