SWISS MEDLEY OF VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (14 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (14 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained (optional)
1 can French onions

Combine vegetables, soup, half of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 15 minutes more.
