NICK'S NO-MAYO TUNA SALAD | |
2 (5oz) cans of tuna 1 tsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Sour cream Dash of salt Dash of pepper Optional Additions: 1 tsp. Pickle relish Dash of cayenne pepper lettuce and tomato (on sandwiches) Open and drain the water from the canned tuna. Add the tuna, mustard, and sour cream to a bowl and mix. Try it, then add more mustard if you think it needs more zest, or sour cream for more moisture. Add pickle relish, if desired, and mix. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste, and mix. Spread on bread for a sandwich with a side of potato chips, or serve as a spread for crackers at a party. Submitted by: Nick F. |
