SWISS VEGETABLES MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination (thaw and drain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can onion rings. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake covered 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake 5 minutes longer uncovered.
