TWO WAY FRUIT SALAD 
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 red apple, cored and sliced
1 green apple, cored and sliced
1 pear, cored and sliced
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

For dinner salad:

4 c. mixed salad greens
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. chicken breast, grilled and sliced
2 tbsp. raspberry vinaigrette

For dessert salad:

1/4 c. all fruit preserves
2 tbsp. Grape Nut cereal
1 tbsp. water

For dinner salad: arrange fruit, chicken and onion over greens; drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with walnuts. For dessert salad: serve fruit topped with fruit sauce and Grape Nut cereal. Yield: 4 servings.
