FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD 
Fluffy Fruit Salad Dressing (recipe follows)
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
5 c. diced fresh and well drained canned fruits

Follow directions for dressing, except sprinkle unflavored gelatin over lemon juice to soften; add to cooked orange juice mixture along with orange rind, stirring well to dissolve. Fold with whipped milk and add fruits. Chill for several hours. Makes approximately 10 servings.

FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD DRESSING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2/3 c. instant dry milk
2/3 c. cold water

In sauce pan mix eggs, sugar and orange juice. Cook until thickened; blend in lemon juice and orange rind. Cool. Sprinkle dry milk over water and beat until stiff peaks form; fold in juice mixture. Serve over fruit salads. Makes 5 cups.
