LIGHT'N FLUFFY PARSLEY BUTTERED
NOODLES
 
9 c. (12 oz.) Light'n Fluffy wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) real butter
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In saucepan over low heat, add remaining ingredients. Heat until butter is melted; stir in hot pasta. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. 6 to 8 servings.

VARIATION: One tablespoon poppy seeds or toasted sesame seeds may be added with remaining ingredients.

We just tried this recipe... really great. It's nice & light and perfect for a beginner cook like myself. I used a little more parsley for flavor and that was a good decision for me.
