EIGHT LAYER SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 c. diced celery
1 diced green pepper
2 diced onions
1 pkg. frozen green peas
2 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese to taste
1/2 c. bacon bits

From bottom to top make layer of lettuce, celery, green pepper, onions, peas and lettuce again on top. Cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese. Put in refrigerator in shallow dish overnight. Add bacon bits just before serving. Serves about 10 people.
