LAYERED SPINACH SALAD 
3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
6 c. torn spinach
3 c. fresh mushroom slices
1 c. red onion rings
1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar

In salad bowl, layer first 6 ingredients as listed. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread on top of above ingredients. Sprinkle sugar on top. Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Toss gently before serving. Serves 6-8.
