GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
2 cans drained green beans (or 1 qt. canned)
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Add together flour, butter, salt, sugar, pepper, sour cream, and onion in saucepan. Stir at low temperature until mixture thickens. Add green beans.

Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Combine corn flake crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
