GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 (1 lb.) cans drained green beans 1 tsp. salt 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions 3/4 c. milk Combine milk, soup and pepper. Pour over beans. Add 1/2 can onions and pour everything into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with the rest of the onions. Bake another 5 minutes. NOTE: If using frozen cut green beans use 2 packages and salt. Cook beans in salted water first. |
