CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. canned evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Combine sugar, cocoa, and butter; mix very thoroughly. Add eggs and milk and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shells and bake.
