CHOCOLATE CHESS PIES | |
2 unbaked pie shells 2 sticks butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Lightly bake pie crusts. Melt 2 sticks butter and 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan; add vanilla. Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of sugar; then add melted chocolate and butter and blend. Pour into pie shells and bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
