BROCCOLI CHICKEN BAKE 
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lemon
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Toasted bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs

Boil chicken, celery, onions, and mushrooms. Drain and set aside. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Combine sauce mixture with chicken and vegetables. Remove broccoli from pkg. and squirt with the lemon.

In a 9 x 12 inch baking dish, layer the ingredients. For the first layer, use half of the chicken mixture. For the second layer use all of the broccoli. For the third layer, use remaining chicken mixture. Fourth layer is all of the Cheddar cheese. Final layer is the bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
