HERB - BAKED FISH AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Paprika (optional)
1 can French fried onions, divided
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice, and seasonings. Bake, covered, for 10 minutes. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions, and the Parmesan cheese. Place fish fillets diagonally down center of dish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes. Loosen rice by carefully stirring with a fork. Top fish with Cheddar and the remaining onion; baked, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
