HERB - BAKED FISH & RICE 
1 1/2 c. hot water with one chicken bouillon cube
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, fresh or frozen, thawed & drained
1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/2 tsp. Durkee Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (2 oz.) can French fried onions

NOTE: Orange-Ruffey has no fish taste for those non-fish lovers. In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Microwave covered on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Top with broccoli and onions. Place fish down center of dish and microwave covered on medium heat (50 to 60%) 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily and rice is done.

Other serving suggestions: Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika and/or add cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
