OATMEAL COCOA BROWNIES | |
1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. white flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. skim milk 2/3 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. soft butter 1 c. egg substitute 1 tsp. vanilla Blend oatmeal in either a blender or food processor until finely chopped. In a large bowl combine oatmeal, whole wheat flour, white flour, baking powder, and cocoa; mix thoroughly. In another mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar; mix in egg substitute, vanilla, and milk. Add creamed mixture to dry ingredients. Bake in lightly oiled or sprayed 9 x 9 pan for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees. |
