OATMEAL BROWNIE (LIGHT) | |
2/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. water 3 tbsp. vegetable oil (or safflower) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 egg whites, lightly beaten 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. quick oats 1/4 c. cocoa 3/4 tsp. baking powder Combine all ingredients in 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes (wooden toothpick test). 2 x 2 inch square = 126 calories. |
