PINEAPPLE & CHEESE DESSERT 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 med. can chunky pineapple, drain but save juice
1 sm. can evaporated milk, put in freezer to chill
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pineapple liquid
1 1/2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 beaten egg

Cook sugar, pineapple juice, cornstarch and egg together until thickened. Pour mixture over softened cream cheese. Pour evaporated milk into small bowl and whip it with mixer. Pour into first mixture and add pineapple. Chill.
