PINEAPPLE CHEESE DESSERT 
36 graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg. lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 med. can pineapple
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can condensed milk, chilled and whipped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, let cool but not set. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Line 10 inch pan with crumbs, saving a few for the top. Mix Jello and whipped milk. Stir in cream cheese mixed with sugar, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Pour into pan, sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill for 12 hours before serving.
