FRUIT AND CHEESE DESSERT WREATH 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
Leaf lettuce
Red apples
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Gouda cheese
1/2 lb. red grapes, broken into clusters
1 c. shredded Gruyere cheese (4 oz.)
3 tbsp. dry sherry
Walnut halves
Lemon juice
1 sm. pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into spears
1/2 lb. green grapes, broken into clusters

In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese, Gruyere, milk and sherry until smooth. Cover and chill.

To serve, stir dip and spoon into small bowl. Place bowl in center of lettuce-lined round platter. Trim with walnut halves.

Core and slice apples; dip in lemon juice. Remove rind from Gouda cheese; slice into wedges. Arrange apple slices in a ring around bowl of dip. Alternate cheese wedges, pineapple spears and grape clusters around edge of platter. Serves 6.
