FRUIT COCKTAIL COBBLER DESSERT 
1 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
1 tbsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
1 can fruit cocktail
6 or 7 slices bread, end pieces

Melt butter in pan. Combine eggs, sugar, milk, flavoring and fruit cocktail and mix together. Break up slices of bread in small pieces and put them in mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown or dry. Serve hot. May serve it over ice cream. Makes 8 servings.
