FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, undrained

Sift flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add egg, vanilla and fruit cocktail (undrained). Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
