QUICK FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
3 eggs
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 can fruit cocktail

Beat eggs well, add fruit cocktail and cake mix. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan - bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, then test. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping - or sprinkle crushed nuts and brown sugar on top before baking.
