THREE GRAIN BREAD 
3 1/2 to 4 c. white flour
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. butter
1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs

Stir together 1 cup flour, whole wheat flour, oats, cornmeal, yeast and salt. Combine hot water, Pet milk, and speed of mixer. Add eggs and beat 2 more minutes. Gradually stir in remaining flour until batter is stiff. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl, cover, let rise until double in size. Divide into 2 loaves, place into 2 greased 9 inch loaf pans. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

Baked up nicely. Did not have to bake as long as recipe suggested. I brushed with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt before baking. However, was not a real flavorful bread like I thought it might be.
