MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed Dole pineapple (include juice in recipe)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (Philly)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together in large bowl. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
