CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh or frozen corn
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

If using frozen corn completely thaw corn. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix thoroughly and then add baking powder. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake in moderate oven about 350 degrees for one hour until pudding is light brown and well set.
