FANCY COFFEE OR VANILLA ICE
CREAM CUPS
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
12 scoops of coffee or vanilla ice cream

Combine chocolate chips and butter in double boiler and heat up until chocolate almost melts. Remove from heat and stir until smooth and thick.

Place 12 muffin paper cups in muffin tin. Divide the chocolate evenly between the cups and refrigerate until they are hard. Remove the hardened chocolate from the paper cups and refrigerate.

When ready to serve add a scoop of vanilla or the coffee ice cream to each piece of chocolate and serve.

Makes 12 servings.
