SUPER EASY CROCK-POT ROAST 
This is also great for making French dip sandwiches!

1 beef chuck roast
1 small onion
salt and pepper
allspice

Place chuck roast into Crock-Pot. Season with salt, pepper and allspice. Slice one small onion and place on top of roast. Set Crock-Pot temperature to low for 8 hours. No need to add water. Roast will be so tender and delicious! Can also make gravy out of drippings when done.
