SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. rolled corn flakes
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato soup

Combine all ingredients (except soup); mix well. Form into large patties, roll lightly in flour. Brown both sides in skillet. Pour soup and 1 can of water over steaks, simmer covered 45 minutes.
