1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3 pcs. of bread (wet with water & break into sm. pieces)
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together well and make into cakes and brown in skillet. Remove. Then take 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce) and 1 can water in a pan and put browned steaks in sauce. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
