SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushroom steak sauce; optional
2 tbsp. water

Combine meat, eggs, onion, salt, catsup, and Worcestershire; mix well. Shape into patties. Roll in flour and brown in hot fat. Place in loaf pan. Add soup, sauce, and water. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
