SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. barbecue sauce with onions
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all together. Shape into oval shaped patties. Place in oblong baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then place 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce on each and bake 1/2 hour or 45 minutes, watching so they don't burn. (Make small indentation on each patty to hold the tablespoon of barbecue sauce when you are shaping them.)
