SALISBURY STEAKS 
3 lb. hamburger
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well. Make into balls and brown in shortening. Place in roaster.

SAUCE:

1 bottle ketchup
1 c. juice off sweet pickles
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix well. Pour over balls. Bake at 200-300 degrees for 2-3 hours. Baste.
