CORN PUDDING | |
1 can whole corn, drained 1 can cream style corn 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 stick butter Stir the above ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish and drop pieces of butter over the top of the corn mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
