CORN PUDDING 
2 c. cream style corn
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk (reg.)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, mixing well. Grease large baking dish for mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika for festive occasions. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn down to 300 degrees and finish cooking. Pudding will be done when utensil comes out clean and pudding is firm.
