PICKLED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can white corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sm. green peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped red pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

Drain and mix corn, peas and green beans. Add chopped onion, celery and peppers. Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, oil, pepper and water; bring to a boil. Cool and then pour over vegetable mixture. This goes a long way and is good for a picnic.
