ORANGE APRICOT SALAD OR DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can apricot halves, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
2 c. boiling water

Arrange fruit in an 8 x 11 inch casserole dish. Mix Jello with one can (6 ounces) orange juice and two cups of boiling water. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate to set firmly.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Mix and spread over Jello.
