1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour (any kind)
1 c. nuts (prefer pecans)

Mix all together and spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping

Mix all together and spread over first layer. Cool.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes of instant pudding, any flavor as directed on box

Put on top of 2nd layer. Cool.

4TH LAYER:

Put balance of whipped topping on 3rd layer and sprinkle with nuts.
