APPLE SYRUP 
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, peeled, cored and grated
1 tsp. cornstarch

Bring water, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil. Add apples and cook until apples become transparent. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and add to apple mixture. Simmer until mixture thickens. Great over ice cream, pancakes, French toast, or you name it. Must be kept in refrigerator.
