PISTACHIO NUT DESSERT SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
1 can (20 oz.) pineapples, crushed
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine pudding mix and undrained pineapple thoroughly. Add Cool Whip, nuts and marshmallows. Stir gently. Cover and chill several hours.

This is wonderful. It is an annual treat at my house for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I think I may start using it for Easter with colored marshmallows!!!! That's an idea!!!!
