3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped pecans
Fresh fruits
Whipped cream

In large bowl, beat eggs until light. Slowly beat in the sugar and baking powder. Continue beating 5 minutes until light and lemon colored. Mix in the pecans. Butter 8 inch square baking pan. Pour mixture into pan. Smooth top evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until top feels dry. Cool. Cut into squares. Top with fresh fruits and whipped cream.
