GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
Whole graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. milk chocolate chips

Line a buttered 15x10 inch cookie sheet with graham crackers. Cook butter and brown sugar in saucepan. After it boils, continue to cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add pecans. Spread mixture over graham crackers and bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and immediately spread chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate until cool, then cut cookies before they set up. Store in refrigerator.
