1 c. instant non-fat milk powder
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar

Combine ingredients in an electric blender. Mix until smooth and thick. Makes as much as a 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk at a fraction of the cost.
