GINGER CRINKLES 
2/3 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix oil, sugar and egg; beat well. Stir in molasses. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Should flatten and crinkle on top. Makes 2-3 dozen.
