NEW ORLEANS SPAGHETTI 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) spaghetti
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef. Add soups and mushrooms; simmer. Melt cheese in meat mixture. Add meat mixture to cooked and drained spaghetti.
